The licence

Buying Rested gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to run the app on one Mac. You may move it to another Mac at any time; remove the key from the old machine first. The licence does not expire, and the version you have keeps working whether or not you buy anything again.

Updates

Your purchase includes one year of updates from the day it is issued. After that year the app carries on working; new versions may ask for a renewal.

Trial

Rested runs for fourteen days with every feature unlocked before it needs a key. The trial is there so you can decide before paying.

Who you are buying from

Rested is made by Massio Limited. The sale itself is handled by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax due where you live, and appears on your statement. Support for the app comes from us either way.

Refunds

If Rested does not do what this site says it does, write to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and you will get your money back. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

What it is not

Rested is a reminder to take breaks. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If your eyes, back or hands hurt, see a doctor rather than an app.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before publishing: add the trading name and registered address of the seller, and the law and courts that govern these terms.
